This guide will help you efficiently farm Greater Affixes and obtain the best D4 gear in Diablo IV. Learn about the best methods to secure top-tier items with powerful affixes!
How to Farm Greater Affixes
Defeat Blood Maidens
The most effective way to acquire legendary gear with Greater Affixes is by defeating Blood Maidens. To summon a Blood Maiden:
1, Use 3 Baneful Hearts: These can be offered at an Accursed Ritual to summon the Blood Maiden.
2, Join Other Players: You can also participate with other players already battling a Blood Maiden. Note that the rewards are better for those who offer the most hearts.
Hunting with a group or participating in Blood Maiden hunts during Helltides can yield multiple legendaries with Greater Affixes.
Head to Tier 46 or Higher Nightmare Dungeons
Tier 46 or higher Nightmare Dungeons feature enemies at level 100+, ensuring that gear drops have an item power of 925. These high-tier dungeons provide a greater chance of obtaining perfect gear with Greater Affixes. Clear these dungeons quickly for more opportunities to find optimal gear.
Defeat Uber Bosses
Uber Bosses have unique loot tables and drop gear with Greater Affixes, including powerful Uniques. Regularly hunting Uber Bosses can help you secure the best Diablo IV items for your build. Focus on these challenging encounters to maximize your chances of obtaining top-tier gear.
Tips for Farming Greater Affixes
Fight Against Level 100 Enemies
For the best results, target enemies that are level 100 or higher when farming for Greater Affixes. Greater Affixes enhance the affix of the gear they are attached to by 1.5x. If you obtain a Greater Affix with low item power, it won’t provide the best stats. Fighting level 100+ enemies ensures item power drops of 925, offering the highest affix values.
Gear Has Icons for Greater Affixes
You can identify gear with Greater Affixes by the number of circles next to its name. This allows you to quickly spot items with two or more Greater Affixes without picking them up. Keep this in mind while farming to efficiently gather max-rolled gear and Diablo 4 gold with three Greater Affixes.
By following these strategies, you’ll optimize your farming process and secure the best gear with Greater Affixes in Diablo 4. Happy hunting!
